A fantastic two days working alongside Norfolk Cricket Board in the Active Norfolk Sports Zone.
Schools, families and groups of young people visited the rig throughout the show, with many returning on a number of occasions in an attempt to beat their scores and win Norfolk CB prizes. We even had a number of visitors who had seen us the year before and had purposefully hunted out the rig to make sure they came to see us again this year.
Thanks to Kieran and Kevin from the Board who brought a great selection of information about cricket in Norfolk including forthcoming summer camps and ongoing cricket programmes, all of which they were able to hand out to the hundreds of visitors over the two days.
We were also very lucky to have HRH Prince Edward visit us and whilst he didn’t actually have a go he asked a number of questions about cricket and our presence at the show.
We must also thank all the coaches who supported a very busy 2 days at the show.
