Wow, it was hot – with temperatures reaching 32degrees on the ECB Cricket Factory rig it had to be a record in the history of the road show.
Despite the soaring temperatures lots of families visited Parkers Piece in the heart of Cambridge to sample to sports village and the music festival which run alongside. Working with Cambridge Cricket Board we promoted the local clubs and cricket schemes across the county, with many of the young visitors wanting to further their cricket experience away from the day.
A huge thank you to all the coaches who worked on this extremely hot day to make the experience special for all our visitors.
