Media City, Manchester – the new home for BBC television and radio, proved to be a perfect venue for the Cricket Factory team to promote Last Man Stands, North West .
With a huge range of creative, production and supporting industries nearby, we were lucky enough to have a busy day of cricketing action. Situated in the Plaza, outside the Dockside Bar & Grill we saw a large number of people who brought their competitive edge with them to have fun on the rig and enjoy testing their cricketing skills, despite the cold, wet and windy day, we even introduced cricket to a French tour group who were looking around the studio.
Whilst the 60 mph winds may not have helped everybody, we certainly had a great day and look forward to returning to Media City in the future.
