With a rather bad forecast looming we set up in the Discovery one at a very wet and muddy Yorkshire Showground.Now, we’ve had a few firsts on the ECB Cricket Factory Tour this year and the Yorkshire Show gave us two more – ‘Special Straw’ to help soak up all the mud and rain water and coaches in wellies!
Things were starting to look up until a torrential downpour mid afternoon brought the showground to a halt.
It was so disappointing to have another event cut short due to the weather. Thanks to Carl and Steve who stuck it out with us on day 1!
