Our second year at the New Forest Show and we were thrilled to hear so many people had purposely hunted us out to check if we were back.
Busy from gates opening on day one right up until we finished three days later, we met many families and young people ranging from those who had never considered
cricket before to families who have been involved in cricket for generations.
One mum couldn’t wait to tell us about her son and daughter who had never played cricket before their experience on the Cricket Factory rig at last years show, the pair
are now members at a local club and haven’t missed a single match since joining last year.
Another family seemed to be following us around the South Coast and had previously visited us on Weymouth Beach and at the show last year!
We had great fun and gained lots of insight for Hampshire cricket.
