Linking with Glamorgan CCC and Cricket Wales we attended the Street Games Coca Cola Multi Sport Festival where we were one of 25 sports who set up at NIAC Cardiff Met.
The days were created to provide taster sessions to young people aged 12 and over, providing them with a day to remember and hopefully spark an interest in a sport that they maybe hadn’t tried before.
Over the days event many young participants (and the group leaders) came back to see if they could improve on their scores. One group of young boys spent their whole session on the Cricket Factory – Great Fun
Hopefully, given how much fun we had, we inspired some of our visitors from Wales to become future young cricketers.
